LAtitude is a young innovative California based company that specializes in hip hop classes and dance instruction in Hollywood. Our company was founded by dancers, for dancers! All of our staff members took a leap of faith and moved from outside of the US to LA, to pursue their dream. On our journey to and in Los Angeles, we've all individually experienced obstacles: language, culture, transportation, class etiquette and so on. We bundled our forces, to help make the journey easier for other dancers coming to Los Angeles. We provide services in the areas of accommodation, transportation, career guidance and US visa consultation.
Our purpose is to provide a structured dance experience that will allow our dancers to realize their dreams of becoming professional dancers and possibly part of the Hollywood dance industry. One of the features that distinguishes LAtitude is our selection of Masterclass instructors. We have chosen industry icons to share their knowledge and give our dancers a direct insight, making it an true Hollywood experience.
At LA Latitude, our mission is to give both national and international dancers guidance while visiting Hollywood, by offering you the freedom to use your own methods and judgement to elevate your dance. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and support while simultaneously leaving you the latitude to choose your own instructors and explore your career goals.

Minquell Ramone was in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and had always been around dancing growing up. It wasn't until the age of 19, him and his childhood best friend Timothy Andrew, started training at Jake's Dance Factory. Shortly after, Jeffrey Mac-Nack took him as a protege, to help him grow and find his own style as a freestyler.
After 3 years of training under Jake, Minquell took a hiatus from dance to get his Bachelors degree. A month before graduation he planned on taking a single workshop from Marty Kudelka in Germany. After-which Marty gave him a choice; join him on the workshop tour or go back home for his final exams. He chose the lather and has never looked back.
Within weeks of that decision he gave his first international workshop in Zürich, alongside SugaPop, Popin Pete and the legendary Skeeter Rabbit of the Electric Boogaloos. The whole experience was a boot-camp of dance history and street styles and with that added to his foundation. Forever changing the way he viewed dance. It wasn't long before he had weekly classes at a number of studios. In the years of performing Minquell discovered that his true passion lies in teaching, and was blessed to teach classes throughout Europe, South America and the USA.
Minquell now lives in Los Angeles where he is creative director of LAtitude.
